Episcopal Visitor for North America and the Caribbean

The Most Rev'd Terence Finlay is the Episcopal Visitor for the Mission to Seafarers in North America including the Caribbean. He is also the retired Bishop of Toronto and Metropolitan Bishop of Ontario. 

Each station in Canada is independently run and Archbishop Finlay's role is to be a resource for the stations and to speak on the Mission to Seafarers' behalf with the Anglican House of Bishops.
